![]() Umarex PG 50
The inexpensive blowback variant of a famous German service pistol in plastic construction. The trigger pulls smoothly and has a short travel so shots can be fired in rapid succession. It has a full size magazine that can be warmed to operating temperature quickly and holds 14 rounds.
UMAREX was founded in 1972 as the “UMA Mayer & Ussfeller GmbH” and first served the market for tear-gas and signal pistols and then air rifles, too. This was followed by the acquisition of the “Reck Sportwaffenfabrik Karl Arndt.” UMA was first reorganized as UMARECK and then as UMAREX. The goals for further corporate development were thus defined for Wulf-Heinz Pflaumer and Franz Wonisch. They became the “kings of replicas.”
